1. Click the annotate icon from one of the following section
- the bottom bar of the file in the chat feed
- the top bar in the page view (file preview screen)
2. This brings up preview of the file with access to rich annotation tools (at the top of the screen)
3. Pick the annotation tool and begin annotation
4. Real-time annotation updates are seen in the chat feed
